Ooty
Ooty is a popular hill station in India. It is located in Nilgiri Hills. It is more than 2700 metres above from the plain region. More than 90,000 people are living in ooty. The Nilgiri’s was ruled by Chola Empire before 400 years ago. During the British rule Ooty developed rapidly. Ooty is proudly called as “Queen of all hill stations”. There is a famous botanical garden in ooty in which more than thousand varieties of flowers are available for the tourist people. This botanical garden was laid in 1847 and its area is 22acres.
